Little Tesuque

In response to trail overcrowding and significant flooding in recent years, Santa Fe County Open Space collaborated with the Pointe Strategies team to redesign the Little Tesuque Creek trail system. The project aimed to protect sensitive habitats while ensuring a high-quality visitor experience. After conducting a thorough area survey, Pointe Strategies developed multiple trail alignment options, each carefully balancing sustainability, visitor experience, build feasibility, and the project’s overall goals. The final design report included the selected trail alignment, detailed maps, and construction budget estimates.
